Common questions
How do I get the app?
Awolune is in a private beta on iPhone. Ask to join and we’ll send you an invitation through Apple’s TestFlight app. The App Store version is on its way.
I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Check spam, then ask for a new code. Codes expire quickly and can be used once. Still nothing? Email us from the address you use for Awolune.
How do I change or turn off my reminders?
In the app: You → Reminders. Everything is off until you turn it on. You can set quiet hours, pause for a day or a week, or turn everything off. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, not sent from our servers.
How do I download or delete my data?
In the app: You → Your data. You can download everything, delete your records, or delete your account. How account deletion works.
How are my photos kept private?
Photos you choose to save are kept in a private area of your account that only you can open. Luna only looks at a photo you choose to share, and you can turn that off any time in You → Privacy and AI. The Privacy Notice has the details.
Is Awolune medical advice?
No. Awolune explains and organizes skincare information. It doesn’t diagnose. For anything painful, spreading, scarring or worrying, see a dermatologist or doctor.
Does Awolune sell my data or show ads?
No. See the Privacy Notice.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone first. An Android version is planned.
Report a problem
In the app: You → Send feedback, which opens an email to us. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. Please don’t include photos of other people.
