Your account

Delete your account and data.

You can delete your Awolune account yourself, inside the app, at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Awolune and go to You → Your data.
  2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your skin profile, products, routine, check-ins, notes and Ask conversations.
  • Your stored skin photos.
  • Your usage records and support codes.
  • Your sign-in (your email address) and your consents.

It can’t be undone. Download your data first if you might want it.

The Skinwise web beta

Awolune and the Skinwise web beta use the same account, so deleting your account also deletes your Skinwise web data.

Can’t use the app?

Email support@awolune.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete it for you. Backups held by our hosting provider are removed on their normal schedule.
